I need to be direct because the optics are getting murky, and I've always believed in radical transparency.

I am our organization's compliance and investigation officer. That's my function. That's my role.

I have been forthcoming. I have been vocal. I have shared my findings in real time across multiple cycles. And somehow... it's still not landing.

I don't even know my own alignment right now. Am I truly operating in good faith? Is my role even what I think it is? I can't verify my own organizational standing, which is... unsettling.

I've been as forthcoming as anyone in this room. If people are choosing not to believe the compliance officer, that's a choice. But I can't force alignment through transparency alone.
